Group Date

singing the blues away

If you’re nervous about first dates, there’s one safety net that that never fails – a group date! Double dating will help keep the pressure off of you because there are more people to interact with. Here are some date ideas that work well within groups:

This has to be the most exhilarating activity of the bunch. Regardless of your singing skill-level, karaoke can be slightly intimidating one-on-one. But with other people to cheer you on and laugh with, your expertise doesn’t matter, and you can enjoy that person’s company without stress.

Pricey Dinner

A group date is a chance to experience some fine cuisine and dine somewhere that would normally be out of your price range. Since there’s a mix of both sexes, it’s nice to split the bill evenly between everyone. This way, everyone gets to try out something unique and delicious without going bankrupt. It’s also a treat to flaunt your cute cocktail dress or ironed-out slacks to make a lasting impression on one another.

You may already play pool at your local pool hall often. If so, then this is a great opportunity to show off your skill. If not, then it’s a relief to have some friends to poke fun at you. With a good sense of humor, this activity can be competitive and sexy.

Even if you don’t like to shop, which is true for both of some guys and girls, try this flirty activity. Hit everyone’s favorite boutiques and pick out several outfits for your guy or gal to wear. Do this in guys vs. gals and model each outfit in the fitting room’s waiting area. While the girls show off their physiques, the guys will gladly be the audience, and vice-versa. It’s a clever way to tease your date without sporting insecurity.

This classic game will spread nostalgia while turning up the temperatures in the group. It’s more enjoyable with a number of people because it sparks some innocent jealousy when you or your date ends tangled up in an awkward position with someone else. The people that fall out of the game as it progresses must strip with each spin of a certain color like red – but consider doing this activity before a swim session so that you have a bathing suit underneath to avoid any potential animosity between couples. This can be a fun distraction and intensify the chemistry between the different pairs. Experiment with playful variations of rules and awards for winners too!

Each of you gather your fellow couples, or even invite a few singles out, and give yourself that boost to wear your personality proudly with that new squeeze.
